1. All-In Venue + Meal Package – ₱678 / head

Minimum of 20 participants

For groups who already have their own content or program and simply need a reliable home base.

Includes:

  • 3-hour exclusive use of the Function Hall
  • Set meal for each participant
  • Free-flow brewed coffee
  • Ambient setup designed for learning, connecting, and celebrating
 

Ideal for: team planning, workshops, orientations, book launches, recognition nights, and intimate conferences.

2. Seminar Package with Speaker – ₱999 / head

Minimum of 20 participants

For organizations that want a fully curated seminar experience—venue, meal, and message aligned to your goals.

You receive:

  • 3-hour seminar with NO extra venue fee
  • Air-conditioned Function Hall with complete setup
  • 1 full meal per participant + free-flow brewed coffee
  • Professional Public Speaker / Certified Life Coach
  • Choice from 100+ ready-to-run topics
  • Basic sound system + projector screen
  • Calm, conversation-ready environment
 

This is the “Just bring your people, we’ll handle everything else” package.

3. Unlimited Function Hall Access – ₱50,000

For ministries, training providers, and organizations that want D’ Cup Coffee Republic to be their consistent training and gathering home.

Best for:

  • ongoing seminar or training series
  • certification cohorts and learning communities
  • monthly forums, assemblies, or community nights


Includes:

  • Flexible, recurring use of the Function Hall (24/7 by prior schedule and agreement)
  • Priority booking over public reservations
  • Support in configuring layouts and flows for your type of event
 

Terms (frequency, time blocks, inclusions) are finalized during your booking conversation.

Venue-Only Options

For times when you simply need the space itself with flexibility to handle program and food on your own.

4. Function Hall (Venue Only) – ₱5,000 / 3 hours

(+ up to 1-hour ingress, subject to availability)

Includes:

  • 3-hour use of the Function Hall
  • Up to 1-hour ingress for setup (subject to slot availability)
  • Use of projector and screen
  • Use of 1 electrical unit
  • 1 coffee percolator (approx. 80 cups)
  • ₱500 / hour for extensions beyond the initial 3 hours
 

Ideal for: hosted meetings, in-house trainings, video shoots, and events with your own caterer or program team.

5. Small Group Meeting Space – ₱2,500 / 3 hours

For leaner gatherings that still need a quiet, neutral space.

Includes:

  • 3-hour use of a designated small-group meeting area
  • Use of 1 electrical unit
  • ₱500 / hour for extensions beyond the initial 3 hours

 

Perfect for: board meetings, coaching circles, Bible studies, planning huddles, and core team sessions.

*All rates are subject to 12% VAT and 5% service fee.
